El Guincho is best known for his 2007 debut album Alegranza! and the awesome single it spawned, “Antillas.” He is now looking to release a follow-up album, Pop Negro, this fall, but for your summer playlists, he will release the first of the Pirates de Sudamerica EPs, a series of recordings of traditional South American covers. Can’t wait? Well Young Turks, who will be releasing the limited edition EP on July 13 in the U.S., is now streaming the whole thing! Lots of Love for those guys.
