LiarsLiarsLiars!! One of my favorite bands in the whole world will be releasing their fifth full-length, Sisterworld, on March 9, but we have the first listen today! The song is called “Scissor” and it’s, um, well, explosive? It’s strange, to say the least, and it definitely defies any sort of expectations anyone might foolishly have about the new album. The song plays as a sort of conversation between deep, thoughtful moment and a crunching, hard-ass thrashing. It’s definitely more in line with their more recent material while managing to be completely different as well. Perfect, guys. Perfect.
