Everyone needs a soft Sunday night tune to wind down the weekend and prepare for the likely grueling week ahead. There’s typically no better way to do that than listen to a Slowcoustic artist (keep reading), and true to form, we’ve got Ghosts I’ve Met’s “Blackwoods” to ring in your ears.
Ghosts I’ve Met is the project of Seattle singer/songwriter Sam Watts, and he’s set to release his newest album, From A Spark, this Tuesday, April 12. The album will drop via Yer Bird Records, which is, indeed, our friend Sandy’s label (he of Slowcoustic itself!). If “Blackwoods” is any indication, From A Spark will be rich with male/female harmonies and resonant piano.
