Nothing like a catchy, British pop rock ditty to get you going on a dreary day. I add British because come on, they typically capture the indie rock sound way better than Americans. Don’t deny the truth!

Listen up. Muscles will loosen, you’ll feel a little like jelly, and ecstasy will ensue. Something about the slight whine of lead singer Kurran Karbel’s voice is rather enticing, and the bells and choral harmonies add an extra level of complexity to the melody-driven song. It’s funny though; as you get all caught up in the fervor of the song, it abruptly ends on a sad note and you’re left in almost the same state you started. It’s a three-and-a-half minute trip that you just have to listen to over and over.
