Elsinore released their much-anticipated album, Yes Yes Yes, today, along with an accompanying track for free download. I last provided you with “Yes Yes Yes”, the first promo song from the album, which melted me with super handclaps and an adorable sing-a-long chorus.
“Lines” is more subtle with its sound, but still has all of the lush instrumentation we’ve come to expect from Elsinore, along with Ryan Groff’s soothing voice which glides alongside the backing strings. He’s able to reach some ridiculous high notes here, and, in my opinion, any male singer who can do that is in store for something good. That good is, of course, ultimately up to the audience. “Lines” is an enjoyable song through and through.
