Yesterday, Knox Road staple Wakey!Wakey! and The Family Records released the music video for “Light Outside”, one of my favorite tunes off the stunning Almost Everything I wish I’d Said The Last Time I Saw You…, featured in an earlier post here. The video stirs you to action, does it not? It has an expected emotional appeal (duh, the dude’s on One Tree Hill) and was, interestingly enough, co-directed by the actors in the video, Andrew and Carissa Gallo.
Also, in case you missed it, Jon posted Wakey!Wakey! covering Yeasayer’s “Ambling Alp” for a Phenomenal Video Saturday, so you should check that out as well. Shows-wise, if you’re in NYC, Grubbs and co. will be headlining the Bowery Ballroom on May 20.
