Philadelphia lo-fi duo Reading Rainbow is another of the bands that was really off my radar until too late in 2009, but they’re giving me a second chance with a brisk new fuzzed-out single “Underground.” According to Stereogum, they just finished recording a full-length album and are just looking for a label to release it. That shouldn’t be too hard, right? Labels are like, everywhere. This is 2010, “independent music” thrives now, does it not??
