Nothing like a summery, shimmery track to get us pumped for a cold weekend! I haven’t heard from Ghosty in a while, but this new song reminded me what I enjoyed about them: pleasant vocals (this time Andrew Connor and David Wetzel do a little call and response) and a tight guitar line. It’s also a tune of nostalgia in general, so that fits with my forgotten memories of the band as a whole. An organ rounds out the end of the song and we’re left with a nice little pop ditty from beginning to end. Nothing over-the-top, yet pleasing all the same.
