[MP3] Sufjan Stevens: "The Sleeping Red Wolves"

Of course Sufjan slipped a secret b-side onto The BQE. How did I not see this coming? It’s vintage (or should I say, Michigan era) Sufjan, with enveloping, falsetto harmonies and orchestral leanings. This track obviously was meant to be entirely different than the rest of The BQE, as it’s a song we’d expect from an album of non-classical bent. Just listen, I don’t want to butcher it anymore with a poor description. I mean, can we really try to explain Sufjan’s sound every time he comes up with a beauty?
