Um, so you know The Knife? The Swedish electronic duo that people/critics tend to like? Wellllll they’ve collaborated on a Charles Darwin-inspired opera called Tomorrow, in a Year and have given us a look at it with “Colouring of Pigeons.” I mean, it’s like, The Knife, you know? But it’s kind of operatic, I guess? Carmen? That crying clown opera? Not my world, you guys. Not my world.
The opera is playing a few times this year in Europe, and the studio version of the music will be released on March 1.
