Icelandic quintet, Blindfold, recently released their newest album, Faking Dreams, full of dark, overwhelming, celestial tunes. They’re offering up one of the tracks, “Don’t Think it’s a Sin,” as a free download. Which is totally awesome – its wandering tone and falsetto vocals lead us on a winding, mysterious journey. The imagination it evokes is truly unique, as Blindfold creates a rich, inspiring song, yet never truly goes over the top. We’re immediately grabbed by the song from the opening soundscape, and the sharp instruments don’t let up. Prepare to be entranced.
