iLiKETRAiNS to release new single

There’s not too much to say here, as information is pretty scarce, but according to the website of iLiKETRAiNS, the band will be releasing their new single “Sea of Regrets” on October 12.

This is hugely exciting for two reasons: first off, new material from the band is always very welcome, especially considering this will be their first output in a good while featuring those awesome vocals. The other reason is that this song is going to be really, really good. There’s some live MP3s and videos floating around – it was originally called “One By One,” if you’re interested – and the song seems to have all the intensity and gravitas of the band’s older and better recordings.

Here’s a video of some recording session stuff from a little while back. It’s pretty fun to watch either way, but a clip of “Sea of Regrets” plays from 2:20 to the end. Tell me that guitar riff, simple as it is, isn’t devastating. Here’s a live MP3 of a performance of the song, too, huge climax included.
