Bang! Bang! Eche! release new track, details on upcoming EP/tour

One of my favorite New Zealand dance/punk/indie bands, Bang! Bang! Eche!, is gearing up to release a new four-track EP titled, what else, Sonic Death Cuntttt. The first track, “Fist Full of Dollars” lays the bass and crunching synth on heavy, as the band traditionally likes to do. With all the soft, psychedelic, folky, pop songs dominating indie music today, it’s fun to see some faster-paced dance tracks thrown into the mix.

The new EP is set to be released November 2 in the UK and November 3 in the rest of the world. As if that wasn’t enough, the band is touring around the world, starting October 20 in New York and continuing to Europe in November and then to Australia. You can get info at the band’s Myspace.

It depends who/what you ask for which songs are dominating indie music today. Hypem popular chart would certainly say faster-paced dance tracks…ha

    But I like this.
