Frightened Rabbit to tour America with fellow Scots The Twilight Sad and We Were Promised Jetpacks

Frightened Rabbit Tour

Coolest tour news ever?? Scotland’s Frightened Rabbit, quite possibly one of my favorite bands of the past year or so, are teaming up with fellow countrymen The Twilight Sad, as well as We Were Promised Jetpacks, for a huge North American tour. Expect a lot of wonderfully sad, epic shows, filled with the atmospheric noise of The Twilight Sad and the acoustic, nasal brilliance of Frightened Rabbit. Oh yeah, and the more-upbeat-yet-usually-just-as-depressing, We Were Promised Jetpacks. Fun!

Frightened Rabbit – “Head Rolls Off” [MP3] (from The Midnight Organ Fight)

  • Tour looks amazing. My city’s not listed though…however, there is a gap in the schedule where theoretically it could be. (Fingers crossed)

    Hey Jeff,

Unfortunately, if you are noting the gap in the schedule between Northampton MA and the Monolith Festival in CO, there are in fact two dates there, but both in Scotland, so I didn’t post them in this American tour date schedule. 🙁 Sorry. Unless, of course, your city is in Scotland…

  • Again! Peter Katis was the man behind the ’07 release by The Twilight Sad and Frightened Rabbit’s amazing ‘Midnight Organ Fight’.
Glad the two groups paired up for what was hopefully an amazing tour.
