Sonya, everybody’s favorite (and probably first) slow loris, who AWWWWd everybody to death with the debut video of her being tickled and continued the cuteness parade with footage of her eating live worms (horrifyingly adorable!) is back! This time, it’s a day in the life of a slow loris. Hooray!
She lives a pretty charmed life if she gets her own little house thing, and rides in a car with a big ol’ TV screen in it. Where’s the line to sign up for the slow loris life? I want in!

I disagree. Her eyes are haunting. I’m pretty sure she’s been the monster under my bed for the past year and a half.
Unfortunately this and other videos of the slow loris doing cute things are the result of illegal trafficking and cruelty. The slow loris is endangered. To be sold as a pet or to get a slow loris to behave in the ways they do in these videos it must have its teeth pulled, which can lead to infection or death by malnutrition.
They are beautiful animals, but if we love them we must condemn the makers of these videos and request their removal from websites so as not to encourage the production of more.
