It’s almost here, you guys. After literally months of anticipation, the movie event of 2009, After Last Season, will open June 5 in exactly FOUR theaters. DAMN… They did a surprisingly good job spreading the theaters around the country, but it would be nice to have, you know, more than four. It might have to do with the fact that only “Cinemark” theaters are showing the movie (whatever those are). Here are the locations for all you lucky bastards close enough:
- Cinemark 22 – Lancaster, CA
- Cinemark Tinseltown USA – North Aurora, IL
- Cinemark Tinseltown USA – Rochester, NY
- Cinemark Tinseltown 17 – Austin, TX
I would go see it if the closest theater (Rochester) wasn’t so balls far away (5 hours 48 minutes) and gas wasn’t so balls expensive ($2.67/gallon). But I promise you, Knox Road will find a way to review this (not in any way a real promise).
I saw it tonight, and let’s just say… the trailer is actually an accurate depiction of the movie.
