New Sonic Youth: “Sacred Trickster” [MP3]

Matador Records debuted Sonic Youth’s first single off their upcoming album, The Eternal, and it’s solid Youth. The name “Sacred Tricktser” sounds uncomfortably close to The Offspring’s “Original Prankster,” but it’s all good, I ain’t gonna blame the band! The Eternal is out June 8 (Europe) and June 9 (North America) on Matador.
