St. Vincent announces U.S. tour. NOT Canada.

Everybody’s favorite, St. Vincent, announced a spring/summer tour of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. That’s because she’s an American and that’s where music should be played. The Canada snub aside, this tour should be sweet. She’s coming to D.C. at the Black Cat and also making an appearance at my favorite venue ever the First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia.

She recently announced the release of her newest album, Actor, due to come out May 5. You can hear a track below with lotsa tour dates.

Asshole. I’m getting really fucking sick of this animosity between the US and CANADA.

We’re actually pretty fond of Canada here – it was sarcastic. Sorry if that didn’t come across clearly enough, it’s just our style of writing.
