White Rabbits, a band that I got into a bit in ’08 from their ’07 debut album, Fort Nightly, is coming to the Mercury Lounge two nights in a row: February 18 and 19. With pulsing guitar and up-tempo pop the White Rabbits (not to be confused with like, all the non-white rabbits) create a sound certainly suitable for concert material. So I expect good things. Not sure if I’ll be able to make it at this point, but for those of you who are free those nights, go check them out; you’ll have a great time and probably discover some wonderful new music.
