With a voice that can only be described as “Sandy” (and believe me…I have tried), Mike Wexler is a fine addition to anyone’s collection of…psychedelic folk? Regardless of what you want to call it, Wexler’s 2007 release “Sun Wheel” is full of amazing melodies and soft, yet epic moments. Mike Wexler is something different, but at the same time (as proven on the album) a songwriting force that commands attention.
